Which transfer services does clever transfer offer?

We offer airport transfers, private transfers, shared (collective) transfers, train station transfers, wedding shuttles, bike transport, hotel transfers, group trips as well as event and guest shuttles.

What is the difference between a shared (collective) transfer and a private transfer?

With a shared transfer, several guests share one vehicle. This allows lower prices and a more environmentally friendly journey. Pick-up follows a fixed schedule; at the airport, waiting times of up to 90 minutes may occur. With a private transfer, the vehicle is exclusively yours for 1–14 people (more on request), with flexible scheduling, door-to-door service and no waiting times.

What is a collective transfer?

With this transfer option, you will be taken to your chosen airport or railway station together with other passengers at a reasonable price. You don't have to worry about anything, you will be picked up directly at home or at your accommodation so you can start your journey in a relaxed manner. The transfer time depends on the number of guests booked. For your transfer from the airport to your accommodation or home address, the waiting time at the airport is usually no longer than 90 minutes.

What is a private transfer?

Enjoy the personalised service, time flexibility and convenience of an exclusive private transfer. A private vehicle is available for you and your companion, family or small group. The vehicle is exclusively for you so that you can travel from your home town to the airport without any detours or stopovers, or you can start your journey to your booked accommodation as soon as you arrive at the airport. This means you can start your holiday even more comfortably and return relaxed and refreshed.

Where can I get on, where will I be picked up? Home pick-up

We pick you up from your home so that you can enjoy your holiday to the full from the very first minute. With Clever transfer, every transfer starts and ends at your front door or hotel door. You don't have to carry your suitcase or worry about how to get to your destination, who could drive you or where your car can be parked. Throw your worries overboard and start your holiday relaxed. No matter what time of day, our reliable drivers will pick you up at home and of course take you home again after your journey

What pick-up time should I choose for a journey to the airport?

We generally recommend that you plan your pick-up time so that you arrive at the airport at least 2 hours before your departure time. Clever transfer is solely responsible for finalising the pick-up time for shared transfers. The pick-up is always planned according to external influences (weather, road conditions, traffic forecasts) in order to ensure punctual arrival at the airport and the check-in times specified by the airline.
