"ever clever" - the complete transfer protection

Clever customers always book full transfer cover with us. 
So that you can enjoy your flight or train journey without any worries, we always recommend that you take out our full transfer protection package.

We cover the following unplanned incidents at no extra cost: 
Delayed arrival at the airport or railway station due to strikes by airport staff, the airline or railway company 
Delayed arrival due to various flight or train delays 
Delayed arrival due to not reaching a connecting flight or train 
Delayed arrival due to bad weather conditions 
Delayed arrival due to short-term rebooking by the airline or rail operator 
Short-term rebooking or cancellation of the transfer free of charge due to various events 
Short-term change of landing airport free of charge due to various events (only the transport tariffs of the respective airport/railway station apply) 
For collective transfers, we guarantee a safe pick-up within 2.5 hours of your newly scheduled landing (including at night). 
In the case of a private transfer, we guarantee you a free waiting time of 3 hours in total or the free organisation of alternative transport.

Important: 
If you change or cancel a transfer before departure, you only need to notify us in advance by telephone and then in writing 12 hours before your planned departure. 
Flight or train delays of more than 30 minutes or changes to travel plans (e.g. not reaching a connecting flight or train) must be reported by telephone via the emergency number as soon as the incident occurs. Our customer support team will then immediately work with you to determine an alternative journey.

If you have booked ever-clever complete transfer cover, you can also cancel a transfer you have already paid for free of charge. We will refund the transfer costs (excluding total cover costs) within 10 working days free of charge. 
If you do not have full transfer protection, you can cancel your transfer free of charge up to 72 hours before the start of the transfer, minus the fixed processing fee. Please read our General Terms and Conditions for this.
