Salzburg Central Station
Salzburg Central Station is an important transport hub in western Austria and is used by around 25,000 travellers every day.
It connects several long-distance and local transport routes, including the Western Railway from Vienna and Linz and the Rosenheim-Salzburg railway line.
The main station also serves as a border station in the direction of Germany. The historic reception building and the central platform of the station are listed buildings.
